Warranty
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for period of one year from the date of purchase by the original owner.
In the event of a failure, notify and return the defective unit to your retailer.
If this is not possible then please contact the authorised Allen&Heath distributor or agent in your country as soon as possible for repair under warranty.
Servicing and Spares
All products within warranty should be returned to your retailer or distributor.
For out of warranty servicing please contact your local distributor.
Spare parts can be identified here and ordered through your distributor.
