Mini Multi Out
The Mini Multi-Out card provides a variety of formats of multi-channel digital output at 48kHz sampling rate. Outputs simultaneously available include ADAT (3x optical ports for up to 24 tracks), Aviom® (16 channel personal monitoring feed), and iDR (2x 8 channel links to the Allen & Heath iDR Series installed product range). The iDR output is also compatible with the Hearback™ personal monitoring system. Any iLive or GLD signal can be patched to any of the 56 outputs, ideal for recording, personal monitoring, direct link to speaker processing using the iDR Series, and for system expansion.
Each of the two iDR outputs provides an 8 channel digital audio link to Allen & Heath iDR Series via CAT5 cable with length up to 250m (825’). This means that iLive or GLD can transport up to 16 signals directly to the iDR-8 and iDR-4 digital mix processors, and also use the 8 channel iDR-out (analogue XLR) and iDR-Dout (AES, SPDIF, Toslink digital audio) output expanders for remote audio feeds. The DR-Link sockets are used to transport meter data to the output expanders, but not required when linking to the iDR-8 or iDR-4.
M-MMO is one of a range of digital audio networking options available for iLive and GLD. It can be fitted to the Port B expansion slot in iLive fixed format MixRacks (iDR-16, iDR-32, iDR-48, iDR-64) or expander (xDR-16), Port B in iLive modular MixRacks (iDR0, iDR10) and Port B of iLive modular surfaces if they are fitted with the new RAB-2 standard*. It can also be fitted to the I/O Module expansion slot in a GLD-80 mixer.
* Limited capability when fitted to RAB2 Port B in the iLive Surface.
