How did you get started in the industry?

  1. Listening to music
  2. making music
  3. recording music
  4. mixing music in a studio
  5. live mixing

What tours have you worked on?

I’ve worked with artists including Nena, Wir sind Helden, Klee, Tele, Judith Holofernes, Alice Phoebe Lou, Readymade, Sportfreunde Stiller, Madsen, Samiam, Tomte, Virginia Jetzt, and Sara Hartman.

How did you first hear about Allen & Heath?

I’ve known about Allen & Heath for a long time, and have used various mixers over the years.

What’s your mixer of choice and why?

… dLive! Because of the sound, handling and flexibility. dLive is an easy-to-use system. The high resolution processing has a staggering depth to it, and I appreciate the complexity of the system’s capabilities, providing an impressive 128 possible input channels.

How do you see the future of live sound changing?

I think audio mixers need to look at the light desks: two big foldable touchscreens with motorized faders in a small footprint!

There also needs to be an open platform for the use of internal plug-ins instead of using external cards or soundgrid servers.
